STRENGTH TRAINING
At Evolution, we offer a comprehensive and personalized Strength and Conditioning program designed for athletes and everyday individuals alike. Our 6 day a week group training program is built on the foundation of Westside Barbell's conjugate method, incorporating max effort lower and upper body days, dynamic lower and upper body days, and general physical preparedness (GPP) work, as well as our new speed program in addition to our GPP days. Sessions are offered for both Youth and Adult Members of all levels!

EVOLUTION'S NEW SPEED & JUMPING PROGRAM
In addition to our Strength and Conditioning program, we offer a cutting edge speed and jumping program offered within the S&C membership that utilizes calibrated resistance cords, jump mat technology, and is backed by the principles of physics, mathematics & science. Our speed program is designed to improve your vertical jump, broad jump, overall speed, explosiveness and acceleration, working in conjunction with what we do in the weight room. This allows you to see measurable results & achieve better performance in your sport.
